ABOUT ECETI

The Early Care and Education Training Institute is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation committed to improving the quality of early care and education through professional development programs. ECETI also supports not-for-profit organizations through ongoing training, management and strategic planning.

ECETI formed in July 1997 to meet the needs of the early childhood and school age community for early childhood education and for successful development and management of not-for-profit organization.

It is operated by its Board of Directors and an Advisory Team. The Executive Director and Business Manager work with a team of consultants, staff and professionals from the early childhood and other related fields to deliver its services.

The Early Care and Education Training Institute primarily serves Western Connecticut (Litchfield and Fairfield Counties), but does provide services throughout Connecticut as well as Putnam County, New York.
